Excellent- current global education systems value academic subjects- hierarchy that all lead to academia. Future society needs people who are creative and take task risks and learn to make mistakes. All children are born creative and the education system trains it out of them. Focus on children being creative, inquisitive, investigative, inquiring that also follows children's passions and talents. Children are all to find and nurture their talents.
Ken Robinson: Bring on the learning revolution!

Have your talents. Two types of people. People who endure and people who enjoy. One group of people who do they do because it's who they are. There talents becomes and is a part of them. Fast good model of education where everything is standardised rather than developing the diversity if talents people have. Linked to talent us passions and the desire to do it and practise it as you want to do it and time disappears as it resonates with your spirit and the desire to give all your energy in to it. Personalizing education to individuals.
